The Historical Societies of the towns of Lockport and Royalton will have their Annual Pot Luck Dinner and Program at 5:00 PM on Monday, Sept. 16th, at the Pomeroy School on Lower Mountain and Leete Road, 3/4 mile west of the County Jail.
Members are asked to bring a dish to pass, and their own dinnerware -- Hot Dogs, rolls and soft drinks will be furnished.
After dinner, Gerry Stafford will talk about her book -- "Young Canaller".
Anyone interested in Local History is invited to attend, and New Members are always welcome. They meet (8) times a year, between Lockport and Royalton, and the more members they have, the better the programs they can put on.
