Roy-Hart is now in crisis management mode as made evident by a release to the local media that attempts to clarify statements made by board president Patricia Reigle to the local paper in which she used the word "rape", which, of course, would lead people to believe that a rape actually did occur (a la Wilson's hazing mess from a few years ago).
A rape, as most people in the district know, didn't happen. But, it could easily be inferred by those not in the the know or those outside of the district. In the case of the interview it was used -- and poorly -- to assess a theoretical situation.
