DATE/TIME: 8/26/2022 at 0122 hours
Hartland, NY- The parties involved in the motor vehicle
accident which occurred on Ridge Road on August 26, 2022 at
0122 hours, have been identified as follows; The deceased
passenger was 46 year old Stacy L. Donnelly of Middleport,
New York. The operator of the vehicle was identifed as 45
year old Eric S. Gardner of Niagara Falls, New York.
Investigation by The Niagara County Sheriff's Office
Accident Investigation Unit into the incident is
continuing.
