I've
noticed on Facebook, and have been contacted by, Royalton residents who
are shocked by their sewer bills. This goes back to a 2017 letter the
town sent homeowners and businesses in the affected district regarding
sewer upgrades. I have reached out to the town to provide a narrative
that I will share here indicating the why/what of the projects, the
total cost, and cost to households.
