Lynn Harrington stopped by my office today. I'm so glad she's keeping the beloved Erie Canal Fishing Derby alive in memory of her husband Steve who passed away last fall. She has even rebranded the derby as the Stephen C. Harrington Memorial Erie Canal Fishing Derby. Be sure to support this event as a sponsor or angler -- it's a wonderful family-friendly activity that is now in its 28th year. It's made so many memories for so many families through the years.
