Update to MVA on Hartland Road Hartland, NY
The driver of the southbound vehicle involved in the injury accident on 12/12/17 at 16:13 hours, has been identified as Jennifer Ross, 48 years old, from the Town of Royalton. She is listed in critical condition at Strong Memorial Hospital.
The driver of the northbound vehicle has been identified as Andrea Mason, 56 years old, and her passenger, 14 year old grandson, from Lancaster, NY. Mason and her grandson were treated and released from Erie County Medical Center.
The investigation is continuing by the Niagara County Sheriff's Accident Investigation Unit.
