Many are wondering what the status is of the little dog that was dumped on Mountain Road in a garbage bag.
Buffalo Pug & Small Breed Rescue, Inc. have been in contact with Royalton's Dog Control officer Scott and will be picking up the dog on Wednesday night.
The dog is missing some teeth, has cataracts and some kind of skin condition. He is emaciated and has obviously been neglected for some time.
