Royalton-Hartland alumni of the early 1990s will remember Joe Scaccia.
The Wellsville Daily Reporter's John Anderson is reporting in a series of Facebook posts and tweets (https://twitter.com/23Johnanderson) today that Joe and his father Joe Sr. passed away in a tragic accident -- according to initial reports they were working on a race car in a garage in the town of Allen (Allegany County) when they succumbed to carbon monoxide due to a lack of ventilation.
Joe Jr. (who had been calling Wellsville his home in recent years) leaves behind a wife and 5 children.
