LOCKWOOD RE-ENACTOR AT HISTORICAL SOCIETY MEETING


The Town of Royalton Historical Society will hold their meeting on Saturday, October 8th. The time will be 1:00pm at the Royalton Town Hall, 5316 Royalton Center Rd, Middleport. They will be discussing the future of the Society and will be visited by re-enactor Edna Stubbs portraying Royalton native Belva Lockwood. Belva was the first female attorney to be allowed to practice before the Supreme Court and also the first woman to ever run for President of the United States. This is a great local history event.
