Yesterday the Royalton-Hartland voters passed the school budget by a 537-262 vote. In regard to the school board seats, Dan Bragg was re-elected with 493 votes. Newcomer Paul Guinn won the other seat with 482 votes, besting incumbent Bill Howell, who had 426 votes.
