REQUEST FOR BID: The Town Board of the Town of Royalton is accepting sealed bids for remodeling construction work to be done to the Courtroom in the Town Hall located at 5316 Royalton Center Road, Middleport, New York. The work is to be completed no later than July 15, 2010. Successful bidder will be required to provide the Town of Royalton with a Certificate of Liability Insurance in the amount of $1,000,000.00. Bidders must comply with New York’s prevailing wage requirements.
Bid specifications will be available Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM–4:00 PM at the office of the Town Clerk. Sealed bids will be accepted at the office of the Town Clerk, 5316 Royalton Center Road, Middleport, NY 14105, until noon on Monday, April 12, 2010, where they will be opened and read aloud publicly at 1:00 pm.
The Town of Royalton reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids for these services.
