An attentive fan of this website ventured to the County building today to look at the legal papers filed with the County and above you will see a copy of the cover letter. Click on the image to see it in full size.The lawsuit places Don Perry, Norm & Judy Wolcott, Robert Micoli, Glen Whitmore, Ralph Wolfe, and Antonio & Barbara Bermudez against the Town of Royalton, the Zoning Board of Appeals and Niagara Metals. It should be noted that the lawyer is the same one used by Dunn's salvage in Middleport (who sees Niagara Metals as a competitor). Coincidence?
