Gasportians who live in Hartland have long been represented by Assemblywoman Francine Delmonte. Since taking office in 2000 she has hardly been tested in the elections but that might change this year. The blog Niagara Times reported earlier this week that Ernie Palmer is looking at a run for the assembly seat. You may be familiar with Palmer, a nice guy who has had a long storied career as a Niagara Falls police detective and once ran for Niagara County Sheriff.
