HOLIDAY-THEMED PRESCHOOOL STORY HOURS AT LIBRARY

Preschool children have the opportunity to enjoy a special series of holiday-related Story Hours at the Royalton Hartland Community Library every Thursday at 10:30 a.m. in the upstairs Community Room. The Preschool Story Hours feature stories and activities chosen to introduce and explore our world through reading and books.

Fall and Thanksgiving are on the agenda at the November 13 and November 20 sessions when the topics are “Tom Turkey” and “Giving Thanks”, respectively. The celebration of Christmas through stories will begin on December 4 with “Dear Santa” and continues on December 11 with “G is for Gingerbread”. Parents will want to make sure their children attend “Have You Been Nice” on December 18, which is the last session of the Fall/Winter Story Hour Program.

These programs for preschool children aged 2-5 years are sponsored by the NIOGA Library System and the Grigg-Lewis Foundation. Both children and their families are encouraged to attend these fun and educational programs which are held throughout the year.

The Royalton Hartland Community Library provides residents a wide variety of programs and materials that can be found on the library’s website at www.RoyHartCommunityLibrary.com . For more information or to register, call the library at 735-3281.
