FMC safety award

The FMC Middleport Plant has been named a winner of the 2018 Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Site Excellence Award among the many locations of the FMC Corporation.

Criteria for the award for the previous calendar year included zero recordable injuries at the site, zero process category 1 or 2 events, zero notices of violations and EHS Compliance Audit results and action item status.

“FMC has invested a large amount of time, energy and dollars to ensure an optimal safe workplace for our dedicated employees,” said Dr. Roberta Kloda, FMC Middleport plant manager. “The award especially recognizes the commitment of the entire FMC Middleport team to safety in all of our activities.”
