The Erie Canal Derby, run by Gasport's Steve Harrington, begins today and lasts until Sunday, July 16th. Get
out and fish the Canal and compete to win some $20,000 in cash and
prizes including a boat, motor, and trailer and $10,000 in tagged fish.
There are divisions for 7 fish species and two categories for each --
adult and children...making it the perfect family event. Entry fees are:
