The Niagara County Sheriff's Office has identified the deceased driver in yesterday's accident in Royalton as 85 year old Wilbur Rhinehart of
Lockport, NY. The driver of the other vehicle was identified as 39
year old James Zak of the Town of Royalton. Mr. Zak remains at the Erie
County Medical center in critical condition.
