The New York State Police Bureau of Criminal
Investigation (BCI), SP Lockport, arrested Kyle T. Fiegel, 27, of Akron,
NY. Fiegel has been charged with two counts of Rape 2nd degree, one count Criminal Sexual Act 2nd degree, (Class D Felonies) and three counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child which is a Class A Misdemeanor.
The arrest is the result of an investigation by the State Police after receiving information that Fiegel had sexual relations with a person less than 15 years of age. The incidents occurred on multiple occasions in the Town of Royalton.
Fiegel was arraigned in the Town of Lockport Court and has been remanded to the Niagara County Jail in lieu of $2,500 Bail. He is scheduled to appear in the Town of Royalton Court on November 18, 2014.
