The Department of Environmental Conservation has issued a public notice that announces that the boundary has been modified for the FMC Corporation Site #932014 (Village of Middleport, Town of Royalton, Niagara County), under New York's State Superfund Program.
The original hazardous site was only 15 acres around the plant. The new boundary now encompasses 102.9 acres now owned by FMC and 10.5 acres of the former R&D site.
