PRESCHOOL STORY HOUR

As the school-aged children head back to school, a new set of stories and themes are ready for the pre-school aged children to enjoy at the Royalton Hartland Community Library.

Preschool Story Hour is a great way to introduce young children to the joys of reading, meet new friends and learn about the world around them.

Fall’s bounty and the harvest season are the focus of this season’s hour-long sessions. They include Pumpkins on September 19; Johnny Appleseed Day on September 26; Lots of Leaves on October 3; Acorns for Squirrels on October 10; Spider Webs on October 17; Costumes and Camouflage on October 24; and a celebration of Halloween will top off the fall season on October 31.

Pre-school Story Hour is held every Thursday at 10:30 a.m. at the library, 9 Vernon Street in Middleport in the upstairs meeting room.

Children aged 2, 3 and 4 are invited to attend and enjoy this great introduction to the world of books.
