82- YEAR OLD GASPORT WOMAN ROBBED OF $6,0000

The New York State Police issued the following news release yesterday....

On November 29, 2012 the New York State Police in Lockport arrested GRACE M. INCORVAIA, age 31, of West Ave., Lockport, NY for Grand Larceny in the third degree and Forgery in the second degree, class D felonies.

On October 23, 2012 the State Police in Lockport were contacted by a Gasport resident who discovered that his 82 year old mother-in-law's checking account was being drained at a rapid rate.  The investigation revealed that INCORVAIA had forged several checks from the victim which totaled over $6,000.00.

INCORVAIA was arraigned before Town of Hartland Judge SULLIVAN was remanded to the Niagara County Jail on $2,500.00 cash bail.
