Last week the Town of Hartland was
selected by the Niagara River Greenway's Host Communities Standing Committee to receive funding of $244,000 for upgrades to the town park. That money will cover just over one-half the cost of the project which will see the addition of new trails, a playground, a
basketball court and an asphalt roller skating park.
