•Ø Resolution to authorize Dan Morse, Water/Sewer Superintendent, to purchase one hundred (100) new water meters at a cost not to exceed $19,350.00.
•Ø Resolution to authorize Terry Nieman, Highway Superintendent, to purchase a Road Counter from Jamar Technologies, Inc., at a cost not to exceed $2,840.00.
•Ø Resolution to authorize Terry Nieman, Highway Superintendent, to attend the Lobby Days in Albany on March 6-7, 2012.
•Ø Resolution to authorize Terry Nieman, Highway Superintendent, to finalize the specifications for the new Boom Mower w/attachments and put this item out for bid.
•Ø Resolution to authorize Pastor Rodney Klinzing to utilize Veterans Park in Gasport for an overnight Youth Retreat. The church will provide the town with a Certificate of Insurance with the town named as an additional insured for this event.
•Ø Resolution to recognize and approve Rebecca Lynn Fry as a Regular Member of the Wolcottsville Volunteer Fire Company.
•Ø Resolution to recognize and approve Steven Miszuk as a Junior Member of the Wolcottsville Volunteer Fire Company.
•Ø Any additional items that need to come before the board at this time.
•Ø Resolution for permission to pay the bills.
