A Gasport woman charged with stabbing her boyfriend to death Christmas morning pleaded not guilty to manslaughter Thursday in Niagara County Court.
Gwendolyn Garcia, 31, 8464 Ridge Road, was originally charged with second-degree murder and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon after she allegedly stabbed Randy Whitney, 38, her boyfriend of five years, in the chest with a steak knife.
Garcia is due back in county court at 1:30 p.m. April 15 for a pre-trial hearing.
