Troy Kleinfelder, a senior from Royalton Hartland, was recognized as the Outstanding Precision Machine Technology student of the Year at the Orleans Career and Technical Education Center. Troy was introduced by his teacher Bill Rakonczay and Dale Pearce, a former student from the program, gifted him with a scholarship. Mr. Pearce gives out a $200 scholarship each year to the recipient of the award. He started the scholarship to further education and training to graduates.
